Program Overview<\/h3>\n

\n This initiative works to advance the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of Female Sex Workers (FSWs) in Addis Ababa and regional project areas.\n Through peer-led education, outreach, and collaboration with local authorities, the project promotes dignity, rights awareness, and equitable access to essential health and legal services.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

    Outcome 1: Empowered FSWs Access SRHR and Legal Services<\/h4>\n

    Empowering sex workers to claim their rights and access non-discriminatory health and legal services through peer education and police partnerships.<\/p>\n

    • 4,363 sex workers reached with SRHR education<\/li>\n
    • 618 accessed safe spaces<\/li>\n
    • 604 sought SRHR services<\/li>\n
    • 12 peer educators engaged<\/li>\n
    • 1 operational safe space supported<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

      Outcome 2: Increased Commitment from Authorities and Leaders<\/h4>\n

      Building collaboration among authorities, CSOs, and community stakeholders through sensitization sessions and advocacy forums.<\/p>\n

      • 350+ stakeholders engaged in advocacy activities<\/li>\n
      • Champions speaking publicly in support of FSWs\u2019 rights<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

        Outcome 3: Formation and Strengthening of FSW Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)<\/h4>\n

        Through capacity building and mentorship, sex worker-led associations were formed and now lead collective action and advocacy.<\/p>\n

        • 11 CBOs formed across Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, and Afar<\/li>\n
        • Regular experience-sharing and mentorship sessions held<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n
