This program area emphasizes the creation of strong governance structures, the implementation of reliable financial management systems, and the ongoing development and well-being of staff. Resource mobilization and partnership development are also central, allowing NIKAT to adapt and grow in response to changing needs and opportunities.

NIKAT invests in board and management training, upgrades financial systems, and promotes transparent policies and decision-making.
