The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) program ensures that all NIKAT interventions are systematically tracked, assessed, and improved over time. It provides a framework for accountability, evidence-based decision-making, and adaptive management to maximize the impact of programs for sex workers and their communities.
